DISCOVERY FLIGHTS
Have you ever wondered what it feels like to take flight, and experience ultimate freedom? Well, now you can with our one of a kind Introductory flights. Here is how it works​​

Arrive at the airport and meet with your instructor for a short safety briefing
Preflight the airplane, and complete a walk-around
Start the plane, and taxi to the runway for takeoff
Take the controls, and take in the sights as you soar above the ground
Practice your pilot skills by doing accents, descents turns, and straight and level flight

DRONE CAMP
McAllen Flight Academy's drone camp is a program for middle and high school students to learn more about an easily accessible and emerging industry. Our expert instructors will provide hands-on instruction both in the classroom and out on the field.

PRIVATE PILOT CERTIFICATE
This is your license to fly. Useful for both the business person or recreational flyer, the Private Pilot Certificate is useful for many types of professional as well as personal activities. McAllen Flight Academy provides students with in-depth knowledge which will serve you well in the years to come as pilots build up their flight experience.
INSTRUMENT RATING
For those who want to fly higher, further and professionally. An instrument rating enables pilots to operate in clouds and more varied weather conditions. Our experienced staff will be there to help you every step of the way.
COMMERCIAL RATING
Want to get paid to fly? This is your path towards that goal. Whether you are looking to start a career, or just expand your current skill-set, the commercial rating will turn you into a career pilot. Our experienced staff will make you ready for the job.
